Scrooge with a Twist is a delightful retelling of the beloved Christmas story which indeed has many twists. These funny, unexpected turns in the story combined with some audience participation make it fresh and entertaining piece for any audience.
An actor auditions to play the part of a really ‘bad guy.’ He finds out that he isn’t that type at all and though the narrator prods him to be ‘bad,’ it’s just not possible. What makes the show unique is that it’s performed in readers theatre style with audience participation. Includes familiar Christmas carols and the usual ‘Scrooge’ characters.
