Tom Northam is no stranger to theatre. He is a multi-talented, award winning actor, singer, playwright, composer, director, entertainer and a member of the The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP). During his 60-year career span, he has appeared on stages throughout the United States and Europe. His acting experiences include more than 130 stage plays with numerous leading roles. He is a singer of a variety of styles of music and has given thousands of performances in a broad spectrum of entertainment venues including stage, motion picture, television, radio, recording and concert.
Tom has also distinguished himself in the business and management worlds in both the private and public sectors. He is a graduate of Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, receiving a degree, with honors, in Managerial and Administrative Sciences. As Associate Director, he developed the logistics for the 1995 White House Conference on Aging. As Director, Management and Administration, for the US Administration on Aging, he was responsible for logistics on more than 35 national conferences. He has received numerous awards and commendations in the management field.
By combining his extensive theatrical experience with his other successes, he has developed several wonderful Senior Theatre musicals. A Bag Full of Miracles is very popular Senior Theatre classic. Check out his other hit musicals, Sometimes a Rainbow, Standing Ovation. and his latest musical, The Widows on Walnut Hill which was inspired by the three wonderful women who influenced his life.
