Aileen and Earl are long‑married retirees who know each other so well they barely have to listen anymore. One afternoon, Aileen comes home from shopping dressed for a motorcycle rally instead of a bridge game. Earl assumes this is a joke, but she assures him she is completely serious and has already thought it through. As Earl resists every step of the idea, old memories surface and familiar arguments take on new stakes. Still Twenty‑Nine is a warm comedy about growing older together without quietly agreeing to stop.
