Bill’s just a regular guy looking for love in all the wrong dinner reservations. From a psychic fraud with chakra stones to a romance novel heroine who thinks she’s starring in a bodice-ripper, every date is a disaster—and that’s before the pickpocket steals his watch. But through it all, his sassy waitress and longtime friend Betty Lynn is there to rescue him, one glass of wine and fake emergency at a time. In the end, Bill realizes the best date was right under his nose the whole time.
The script is packed with action and humor, a treat for any imaginative director with diverse cast of characters. It’s speed dating meets sitcom chaos—with wine, wigs, and wildly wrong women.
